Both parents work and lead active, full lives, so they're looking for a nurturing and experienced Early Childhood Educator to become an extension of their family and provide consistent, loving care throughout the week. The family values connection, development, and healthy living - with a strong emphasis on nutritious meals and establishing positive habits from a young age. They're looking for someone who can match their pace, bring calm energy, and become a trusted partner in their parenting journey. Days & Hours: Monday to Friday Approximately 45 hours per week Start: Mid-late mornings (flexible depending on the right fit) Light household duties related to the children (e.g., tidying, laundry, meal prep) Location: Bondi, Sydney, NSW (Street parking available; close to public transport) $40-$45/hr plus super and leave entitlements **Your Duties**: - A typical day will include: Supporting the children's morning and afternoon routines Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks Engaging the children in age-appropriate, interest-led play Fostering learning through imaginative play, creative activities, and exploration Taking the children on local outings (parks, library, playgroups etc.) Encouraging healthy habits and social-emotional development Managing nap schedules and quiet rest time **Our Perfect Caregiver**: - The family's dream nanny: Qualified in Early Childhood Education or similar Warm, nurturing and passionate about child development Communicates lovingly and consistently Has a 'can-do' attitude and is proactive around the home Enjoys being part of a family unit and team-player with parents Reliable, organised, and able to work autonomously Comfortable with occasional travel (domestic/international) Holds a valid driver's licence (not essential but a bonus) Has up-to-date First Aid and WWCC Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar role **Job Details**: **Expected Start Date**: **06th Jul 2025** **Children**: **2** **Age**: **1 - 2, 3 - 5 years** **Required Days**: **Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday** **Pet Friendly**: **Not Required** **Working Hours**: **>30 hours
