**ROLE DETAILS**

**Location**:Kingston Beach, Tasmania

**Day**:Tuesdays

**Hours**:9am-5pm (flexible to work with what the nanny wants)

**Children**:20 month old and newborn

**Pay rate**:$33-36 per hour + Super

**Start date**:ASAP.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Valid Working With Vulnerable People Card
- Valid First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training
- Fully vaccinated
- Permanent Australian Resident
- At least 2 years of experience with children of similar ages
- 2 exceptional references for us to call.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
This friendly family is seeking a nanny to work alongside mum. An experienced caregiver will be a welcome support with care of the children and light household tasks. The right person for this role will be nurturing, enthusiastic and proactive. They will have great communication skills and be eager to help.

Care of the toddler and her needs will be the number one priority. There will be some teamwork involved and at times the nanny might care for the baby. Driving would be helpful, though not essential, and the parents are happy for the nanny to do local outings - either with the toddler alone or with mum and baby too.

The family would also love some help with things such as laundry, dishes, and simple meal prep when time permits.

**ABOUT THE FAMILY**
These working parents (Dad works long hours, Mum is currently on maternity leave) have just welcomed their second daughter. This has been a time of change, especially for their young toddler, so the ideal nanny will be kind and patient in building a lovely relationship with her.

The family enjoys spending time together outside, in their garden and at the local beach. The 20 month old particularly enjoys playing in the sand, singing nursery rhymes, and playing with her dolls.

The family has 2 loveable Labradors who adore being involved in daily life.
