**About the Role**:
TMGM is seeking an experienced Growth Product Manager to lead the continuous optimisation of our website and landing pages. This is a cross-functional role embedded within the Marketing Team, closely collaborating with Performance Marketing, Product, Content, Design, and Web Engineering. Your work will directly influence how traders discover, register, and convert through our digital touch points.
**Responsibilities**: Lead website and landing page optimisation projects, improving user experience and increasing conversion at each stage of the funnel (traffic registration KYC
- funded account);
- Partner with Performance Marketing to improve paid traffic conversion, optimise campaign landing pages, and test messaging & layout variations for better ROI;
- Use tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, and Mixpanel to conduct user journey diagnostics, identify drop-off points, and recommend data-backed optimisations;
- Design and run A/B tests on landing pages and onboarding flows in collaboration with design and engineering teams;
- Define and track key web KPIs (CVR, bounce rate, time on page, scroll depth, activation rate) to evaluate experiment impact and guide roadmap priorities;
- Support localisation efforts across multiple regions and languages, ensuring website UX consistency across geographies (APAC, LATAM, MENA);
- Champion mobile-first, performance-optimised web experiences to support paid media conversion and organic growth;
- Collaborate with SEO, design, and development to maintain a scalable and user-friendly web architecture.
**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
- 3-6 years in growth product management, website optimisation, CRO, or user acquisition - ideally in fintech, SaaS, online brokerage, or B2C digital products;
- Experience working closely with performance marketing, design, and analytics to improve digital conversion metrics;
- Strong understanding of user acquisition funnels (from ad click to KYC submission or purchase);
- Proven success running A/B tests and experimentation roadmaps on high-traffic pages.
**Skills**:
- Proficient with GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, Google Optimise or equivalent experimentation tools;
- Skilled in mapping user journeys, diagnosing friction, and proposing actionable hypotheses;
- Familiar with wire-framing tools (Figma/Sketch), and able to brief designers effectively;
- Able to read basic HTML/CSS and understand front-end constraints in implementation;
- Experience with multi-language site structure, localisation testing, and region-specific UX considerations.
**Attributes**:
- Data-driven with strong commercial instincts;
- Excellent communication and project management skills;
- Comfortable working across time zones and global stakeholders;
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience optimising KYC or compliance onboarding flows;
- Experience working with global traffic from Asia, LATAM, and MENA regions;
- Familiarity with Hubspot, GTM, Looker, or SQL for deeper analytics;
- Understanding of SEO or SEM landing page strategies.
