Accounts Payable Officer

**About the Company**
Our client is an award-winning residential builder, successfully delivering tailored design and construction services for over 20 years. They are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their small and inclusive team, supporting an approachable and affable finance manager.
**About the Role**:
The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for full accounts payable functions, including processing supplier and subcontractor invoices, addressing supplier enquiries and performing supplier reconciliations.
- Setting up vendors
- Matching invoices to purchase orders,
- Processing payments to sub-contractors and creditors
- Reconciling supplier statements and credit card statements
- Resolving queries
- Providing training and support to stakeholders in the use of the systems that support the accounts payable function
**About the Offer**
- Full-time or part-time hours - what suits you?
- $70 000 per annum plus super, negotiable
- Work from home 1 day per week
- Inner-north location
**About You**
The two most important things we are looking for in you, is your experience with full-function AP processing, and your ability to continuously review the accounts payable function to ensuring that staff and suppliers are making the most efficient use of the system.
