**Management Role in a Quick Service Restaurant Hungry Jacks**

Have you worked in Retail or hospitality before?

Have you worked in a fast pace environment Restaurant before?

Do you have Hospitality experience in Management for a restaurant, or do you have experience in hospitality or retail and aspire to progress towards a management role?

Penalty rates on weekends and after 10pm apply.

No late nights, or overnights.

Successful applicants will be trained in all aspects of the business including but not limited too, stock control, cash control, customer service, food preparation etc

Your training will be met with quality trainers some with over 20 years experience in the business.

We are in an industrial area so most of our time is spent Monday to Friday during the day with our busy peak times during the week being between 7.00am-5pm

- Are you an enthusiastic, motivated self-starter?

- Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
- Training staff to follow Hungry Jacks Procedures
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
- Organizing schedules
- Keeping track of employees’ hours
- Recording payroll data
- Ordering food, paper supplies and cleaning products
- Supervising daily shift operations
- Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
- Coordinating daily front
- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
- Appraising staff performance
- Interviewing/recruiting new employees
- Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels

Part-time hours and Full -time hours are available for the management role: 24-38 per week

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
