**Your Opportunity**

SIXT Australia currently has a great opportunity for an** Infringement Officer** to join our team on a **12-month maximum term contract **(full-time) basis. This role will be based from our Sydney CBD offices with some flexibility to work from home.

As our infringements officer, you will manage all infringements notices received in Kingmill’s name and handle customer enquiries pertaining to infringements and tolling.

The primary focus is to process the infringement notices within the relevant time frame and ensure the correct renter is nominated for the offence, minimising costs to the business. You will also action customer enquiries pertaining to infringements and tolls.

In this role, you will also:

- Process infringement notices
- Process administration fee to customers
- Manage internal enquiries from franchises in various locations
- Provide reporting on Infringements & tolling
- Meet audit requirements
- Report hazards
- Perform work tasks as instructed by their Supervisor/Manager and ensure you do not put yourself or co-workers at risk of injury or ill health
- Provide customers with honest feedback with a positive attitude.
- Use empowerment to turn customer complaints around.
- Liaise with other areas to gather and also provide information
- Co-operate with Training and Operations in providing information and assistance relating to training issues for the Claims area.
