**Ray White Mascot** are seeking an enthusiastic and vibrant individual to join their team as an
**Assistant Property Manager**.

Previous property management experience and the ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese is advantageous. However we are also open to individuals who are looking to enter the real estate industry.

This position has the scope to grow within the business, creating many possible pathways for your future. **Your duties will include**:

- Assisting with all areas of the PM department;
- Delivering exceptional customer service;
- Communicating with owners, including meeting onsite if required;
- Assistance with preparation of accounts and invoicing for mid/end of month;
- Assisting with lease renewal negotiations;
- Attending NCAT as required;
- Routine inspections;
- Outgoing inspections;
- Issuing breach notices as required; and
- Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions;

**To succeed in this role you'll have...**
- Previous property management experience is highly desired;
- The ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese is advantageous;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High levels of professionalism;
- Previous client relationship or account management experience;
- A real estate licence, or registration certificate (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
- The ability to assist with the growth of the rent roll.
- Intermediate computer and digital literacy on a range of software platforms;
- A valid drivers licence; and
- A reliable motor vehicle.
