Adra Group is a Multidiscipline Engineering Consultancy with offices in Australia and Southeast Asia. We are looking for a Structural/Civil CPENG Engineer to join our management team in Perth, WA. This person would have a desire to grow their portion of the business and with success, this could lead to an ownership stake in the business, securing their future.

**Responsibilities**

Lead Engineering excellence across the business and create value through providing technical expertise, execution of projects and team management. This role ensures optimum resource allocation to meet operational needs and is responsible for building organizational capability to deliver Adra Group operational strategies. This person, will also work with the Business Development team to develop and manage client relationships across the business to achieve business growth targets.

Definition of Success: Development, Leadership and Growth of Engineering Works across the business.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor of Engineering: Civil/Structural

CPENG

Experience in Architectural or Resource sectors
