**About PicUp**:
PicUp specialises in on-demand delivery services for large and bulky items. Expanding our operations across Sydney, we are launching a new service dedicated to the delivery of construction materials. We are seeking owner drivers with triple rack utes to join our team and help us provide efficient and reliable service.

**Role Summary**:
We are looking for owner drivers with triple rack utes to deliver construction materials across Sydney. This role is perfect for those who seek guaranteed work with the flexibility to earn more by taking additional delivery jobs through our app.

**Vehicle Requirements**:

- **Utes**: Triple rack only
- Vehicles must be registered with valid insurance

**Driver Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license
- Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Marine Insurance and Goods In-Transit Insurance
- Must pass a police background check
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with customers and the company

**Services Offered**:

- **Construction Material Delivery**: Primary responsibility for transporting construction materials
- **Delivery/Small Moves**: Optional additional jobs involving the transport of furniture and white goods
- **Junk Collection**: Optional additional jobs for disposal services to the tip

**Working Hours**:

- Guaranteed work for 3 hours a day, 3 days a week, at $60/hr
- Additional work available through the app, providing flexibility to fill up the day

**Compensation**:

- Guaranteed $60 per hour for scheduled construction material deliveries
- Additional pay for optional delivery/small moves and junk collection jobs
- Pay rates for extra jobs: $1.00 per minute for single haulers and $2.00 per minute for two-person teams
- Extra pay for deliveries involving stairs and toll roads

**Support**:

- Drivers operate as independent contractors
- Onboarding training provided
- Customer service support is available for both customer and app-related issues

**Technology Requirements**:

- Must own a smartphone to utilise the PicUp app

**Application Process**:
