As a pet groomer in our team, your role will involve a blend of hands-on grooming expertise and mentorship. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of grooming services, teamwork, and client interaction, all while upholding our high standards of care and professionalism.

Enlighten Talent Pty Ltd trading as Greenwood Academy Animal Care and Agriculture is an RTO and CRICOS based in the Sydney Central Business District. We are a values-based organisation offering accredited AQF training products from ACM and BSB training packages. Our students are our principle focus on which we provide quality industry leading learning, training, assessment and work placement systems to ensure students are empowered to follow their career paths.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Skill-fully perform grooming services such as haircuts, bathing, and nail clipping.
- Guide and support team members in maintaining grooming excellence.
- Keep the grooming area tidy and safe for both animals and staff.
- Manage bookings and client inquiries with professionalism.
- Actively engage in our daily social media outreach, including pet photography and videography.
- Be physically capable of working long hours in a dynamic environment.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace.
- Expertly handle animals, adapting to the specific needs of different breeds.
- Perform various tasks as needed to support our business goals.

- Demonstrated meticulousness and dedication to superior grooming standards.
- A deep affection for animals and a commitment to their wellbeing.
- Proven ability to lead and educate other team members.
- Comfort with the physical aspects of pet grooming, such as walking, lifting, and restraining different types of pets.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong work ethic and a collaborative approach.
- Preferably over 2 years experience in pet grooming.
- Must be fluent in English, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse client base.
