Red Steakhouse & Bar is fast becoming one of the Northern Gold Coast's most popular dining venues overlooking the luxury marina of Sanctuary Cove. We are seeking a skilled mixologist/bartender to work with a highly experienced management team focused on staff culture, training and flexible rosters to suit work/life balance. You must have knowledge of the classic cocktails and some wine knowledge.

Our restaurant is a premium waterside venue, 7-day am/pm (100 seat) operation offering a contemporary steak & game menu, sleek cocktail bar, international wine list and a team of global, dedicated hospitality staff. The venue has built a regular clientele but also attracts interstate guests due to the popular boating and golfing location.

What you will bring to the table:

- 3 years or more of industry experience
- Experience across many styles of bars/restaurants
- Cocktail & Wine knowledge
- Excellent organisation, workflow and speed
- Positive attitude and keen to learn
- Your own vehicle or live nearby
- Ability to work at least weekends (with occasional weekend shift off)
- You pride yourself on a professional and healthy lifestyle
