**Superior Home Health Services** are seeking qualified, reliable and passionate Aged Care and NDIS Support Workers to join our team in the **Moreton Bay Region** for clients in the **Redcliffe Peninsula and north** areas. You will need to be friendly, positive, and determined to make a difference. You'll be self-motivated and love providing care to those who are vulnerable.

**Casual roles with lots of flexibility. Amazing clients and co-workers and management who genuinely care and walk alongside you.**

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Working within a person-centered, enabling environment that respects the rights and needs of each client;
- Assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties;
- Assisting clients with daily errands, companionship, and support;
- Providing support with social and recreational activities;
- Preparing food, feeding clients, and assisting clients with medications;
- Observe, care and report any changes in the health and wellbeing of the client;
- Responding to emergency situations; and
- Working weekend shifts as rostered

**Essential Criteria**:

- Manual handling and hoisting
- Experience with mental health and physical disability
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support - Aged Care or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- **Must be available nights (up to 9pm) and weekends (am and pm) (not every)**:

- NDIS Worker Screening including Blue Card (or equivalent)
- 1 year + experience (preferably community)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $36.00 - $38.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Personal care: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- Qualification in Individual Support or equivalent (required)
