Care to Care provides in-home assistance to Aged and Disabled clients enabling them to live their lives independently in their own homes.
Our services include Personal Care, Nursing Care, Domestic Assistance, Transportation, Companionship & Pastoral Care, In-Home Respite and Light Gardening.

We are looking for experienced Aged and/or Disability Support Workers to join our team. Our office is located in **Cannon Hill QLD**, but we are specifically looking for Personal Care Workers for a client in **Teneriffe **requiring **sleepovers**. This is a passive sleepover, being present for the client when required but you should be able to sleep without too many interruptions. A very nice, separate bedroom and bathroom is provided.
Additional daytime shifts may become available as well.

Main Responsibilities:

- Assist with Personal Care
- Provide Domestic Assistance
- Provide companionship and support clients with social activities
- Assist clients with transportation to appointments, etc.
- Prepare food & assist clients with eating
- Assist Clients with medication

Key requirements:

- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Well presented, reliable and resilient
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Current unrestricted driver’s license
- Assist clients with medication unit (desirable - or willing to obtain)
- Blue and yellow card/NDIS Workers screening check or willing to obtain
- Comprehensive car insurance
- COVID 19 Vaccination

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $27.35 - $54.90 per hour

**Experience**:

- Support work: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
