**Introduction**:
Pay Rate - between $27.80 to $32.45 per hour depending on experience.
4-day week - Monday to Thursday 13:45 to 23:45.
Continuous Improvement - you’ll be offered training and upskilling.

**Description**:
What is the role?
The role involves you leading a small team on a production line on a shift, that will be filling anything from a high-end cosmetic moisturiser to a veterinary medicine. You will ensure the product is filled to the customers specifications and within delivery timeframes.
About you.
Leadership - provide support and guidance to team members.
Attention to detail - ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
Communication - with the team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Time management - manage yours and the team’s time.
Problem-solving - think quickly and proactively to resolve problems.
