**Introduction**:
Permanent Full Time Hourly Rate - range between $27.20 - $35.02 (plus afternoon shift loading of 15%, plus overtime rates, plus superannuation).
Casual Hourly Rate includes a 25% additional loading on the hourly rate (plus afternoon shift loading of 15%, plus overtime rates, plus superannuation).

**More about the role**:
The position as a Production Line Leader offers two different pathways at different levels within the company:
**Pathway 1**: Lead a small team of approximately 3-4 Operators on a production line, that will be filling anything from a high-end cosmetic moisturiser, therapeutic product or veterinary medicine. You will ensure the product is filled to the customers specification, site procedures and on schedule.

**Pathway 2**: In addition to Pathway 1, the Production Line Leader will be given the opportunity for development with training where they will be involved in offline activities, such as continuous improvement initiatives, being part of project teams, planning, purchasing and scheduling activities, training of staff, troubleshooting quality and compliance issues and they will have the opportunity for internal promotion to other departments.
