The Business Development team is seeking expressions of interest for a Business Development Manager to join our growing Outbound division focused on new business development.

To be successful in the role, you will have the required skills/attributes;
- Resilient with a passion for new business development
- Self-starter with high performance mindset and appetite to learn and grow
- Proven success building new business or winning back lapsed
- Proven success achieving & exceeding targets in a sales role
- Ability to uncover customer needs via discovery questioning techniques to gain a deeper understanding of the customer, and present solutions that address their business objectives
- Ability to articulate opportunities clearly both verbally and face to face (virtual calls) with clients at all levels
- Strong business acumen with ability to forecast and manage pipeline to meet business goals
- Organised with excellent written, verbal, interpersonal skills
