**What the role involves**:

- Full-Time hours working over 5 days per week

You will be the Hospitality Coordinator of a brand new multi-million dollar facility providing, friendly, attentive and efficient service to the valued residents.

Reporting to the Catering Manager your role will require you to organize functions and assist with the running of large scale catering events and operations. You will manage and lead a large team who deliver meals across multiple locations within the school campus for the variety of functions held.

Within the role, no two days are the same. Overseeing the daily food operation for 140+ boarding students, junior and senior students and staff.

**What we need from you**:

- A proven track record working in large catering operations, mainly Front of House/Functions operations
- A passion for great food and customer service
- Strong working knowledge of food safety
- Pride in personal hygiene and presentation
- Drivers License
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
