**Job description**

We are a well-established facilities management company which is now recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to join our team in the South East Suburbs. Reporting directly to the CEO, you be responsible for keeping our office running smoothly, supporting the team, and creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

This role is full-time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Managing national calls, taking clear messages, and redirecting them as needed.
- Greeting visitors and team members, being the friendly face of the office, and offering refreshments when needed.
- Keeping the office facilities running smoothly and ensuring the space stays tidy and inviting.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail, as well as arranging outgoing deliveries and couriers.
- Helping new employees feel at home by issuing uniforms and ID tags.
- Organising deliveries and couriers as requested.
- Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and first aid kits to keep everything in top shape.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Solid skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role, handling various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills to keep everything on track.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle calls promptly and professionally.
- Organisational skills that ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Relevant experience in the industry is great, but not a must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- Reception: 2 years (required)
