National Receptionist

**About the role**
Exciting and rare opportunity for our next National Receptionist to join the team at our branch in the South East Suburbs. In this role as The National Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring that administration and office management functions are conducted in a professional and efficient manner to support the business.

**What you'll be doing**
- Managing national calls, taking detailed messages and redirecting them.
- Meet and greet visitors and operatives, focal point of contact and offer/make coffee as and when required
- Ensure smooth running of office facilities and general housekeeping.
- Distribute incoming and drop-off outgoing mail/couriers
- Organise Couriers/Deliveries as requested.
- Maintaining all office equipment and stationary & first aid kits.

**What we're looking for**
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel.
- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role performing ad hoc admin duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to divert calls in a timely manner.
- Solid organisational skills.
- Relevant industrial experience would be highly regarded but is not essential.
