**Our Client**

A relative new-comer to the CBD market, our client has quickly cemented their place by taking the mantle of No. 1 in the marketplace. Given their geographic location, they are specialists in apartments (mainly high-end), which means the property that you get to market is lux in fit-out and location.

**Duties**

Usual duties required of this role:

- Preparation of market appraisal and listing presentation collateral
- Manage sales campaigns from sign up, compliance, marketing preparation through to settlement
- Diary & database management
- Attend building & bank valuation inspection appointments
- Preparation of inspection and auction packs

Additionally:

- Will help to set up new offices in Pyrmont
- Highly autonomous role floating between offices - make it your own
- Support our Operations Manager and a Director, as well as other agents

**Specific requirements**
- At least 2 years experience in similar Admin & Marketing Manager role in a real estate agency
- A strong grasp of and experience in the duties required
- A current Real Estate Certificate preferred, not essential
- Experience using PropertyMe, Agentbox, Mailchimp, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator preferred, not essential
