Identifying and resolving Post Deployment and existing issues in Production environment

Analyzing the data sent by Digital Meters and investigating the issues related to data from the meters.

Identifying issues in UAT environment.

Analysing and resolving data related issues raised by business analysts and operations team.

Delivery of interval and alarm data to down streams

Checking of job failures and providing resolution for the failures with root cause analysis.

Helping business team to analyse data for correctness for different digital meter types.

Involved in support activity such as handling client queries, ticket resolution, incidents etc.

Identifying and performing Root Cause Analysis for major incidents.

Working on IoT components on Microsoft Azure Cloud platform

Working on ad hoc requests from the business analysts and Telcos

Performing reconciliation tasks to maintain data integrity.

**Salary**: $650.00 - $700.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
