**Role Overview**: This role is a unique opportunity for First Nations individuals to develop their skills while contributing to meaningful projects within our community. As a Graduate - First Nations, you’ll engage in a variety of tasks that will enhance your expertise in your chosen field and assist you in carving your career path.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Specialist Work**:

- Collaborate with team leaders to deliver activities aligned with your expertise.
- Follow standard processes, ask questions, and seek guidance when needed.
- Proactively assist customers and peers, providing insights and solutions.
- Balance stakeholder needs to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Support the team in developing skills in accountability, communication, and organization.
