**Your day to day**
We are seeking an experienced hotel professional to join our night team as a Night Porter / Cleaner. Crowne Plaza Melbourne is looking for a dedicated and autonomous Porter / Cleaner who can help provide a seamless guest experience during 11pm-7am. You will be responsible for greeting guests at the entrance and directing to the reception desk. You will also be assisting in delivering luggage, parking vehicles as well as ensure the public area cleanness is maintained.

**What we need from you**
- Ideally, you'll have previous experience in a hotel Concierge environment and be a natural people person who is committed to providing exceptional customer service.
- You will also possess a real passion for hospitality and for providing guests with a truly unique and friendly guest experience.
- A current Drivers License is also required.
