We’re hiring an Operations Officer in the Settlements team. This role is responsible for managing settlements and ensuring all transactions are executed in accordance with the current Policies and Procedures.

As a key member of the Settlements team, the position also provides ad-hoc support to the broader Operations team, contributing to the smooth delivery of asset finance solutions.

Your role:
- Facilitate the end-to-end settlement of loan transactions, acting as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.- Ensure all approval conditions are met, and documentation is validated, uploaded, and actioned within agreed timeframes.- Liaise with Business Development Managers, Credit Analysts, Brokers, Introducers, and Suppliers to ensure seamless contract execution.- Support ad-hoc operational tasks.

What you bring:
- Customer-first mindset and excellent attention to detail.- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all stakeholders.- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.- Proven work experience in settlements in an asset finance business is preferred however not essential.- Experience working in a customer or administrative role.
