As a Retail Supervisor at Bunnings, you'll be the go-to and support for the store's senior leadership team. You'll keep the energy high and the workflow smooth in your designated department. The Hoppers Crossing team are looking for a Full-time Supervisor with flexibility to work weekdays and weekends to provide best experience to our customers.

We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.78 per hour for this role.

**What’s involved**:

- Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers
- Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours
- Helping onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support
- Merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements
- Managing and coordinating stock effectively.
