Particularly, with the retainment of the buildings original white weatherboard exterior, which then reveals a thoughtfully designed, contemporary dining space inside.** **Head Chef James White presents a Middle Eastern-inspired menu crafted for sharing among friends and family. This is accompanied by the extensive wine list, which compliments both the region’s local wineries and internationally renowned winemakers. And, of course, a large selection of tap and bottled beers, as well as an exclusive and unique cocktail selection.** **FOH SUPERVISOR** **Responsibilities**: - Assist the Venue Manager in managing and coordinating all FOH activities. - Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff, including hosts, servers and bartenders. - Assist the Venue Manager in training new hires and provide ongoing coaching to ensure high levels of performance and service. - Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting customers, resolving issues, and responding to enquiries or complaints promptly. - Monitor service quality and assist the Venue Manager to uphold service standards. - Oversee daily operations during shifts, including opening and closing procedures, table assignments, and seating arrangements. - Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery to customers. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards. - Communicate effectively with management, the wider team, and customers to address concerns and maintain positive relationships. - Perform opening and closing duties according to established procedures. **Requirements**: - Proven experience as a Front of House Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role in the hospitality industry. - Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. - Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach. - Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic accounting principles. **FULL TIME BAR PERSON** - Experience as a bartender in a vibrant, high-volume venue - Knowledge and experience of cocktail-making and beverage production - Experience in exceeding guest expectations - Adaptability and be able to multi-task - Time management skills and exceptional communication - Attention to detail and immaculate presentation - Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude - Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts - An up-to-date RSA certificate **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Employee discount - Professional development assistance Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Afternoon shift - Day shift Supplementary Pay: - Penalty rates - Tips Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 04/08/2025
