Busy Italian Restaurant in Torquay is looking for waiting staff(all rounder) to join the team The shifts range from morning to evening, so it would be ideal if you have experience making coffees and preparing alcoholic beverages.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Preparation
- Greeting diners and taking orders
- Serve food and drink orders
- Answering phone calls
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
- Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties)
- Follow all relevant health department regulations
- Making Coffees (depending on the shift)
- Bartending (depending on the shift)

**Requirements**:

- RSA
- Do Food Safely Certificate

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Shift work

- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Torquay, VIC 3228: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)
- Do Food Safely Certificate (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
