**You’ll bring to the table**:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in injury management and workers compensation management
Strong VIC scheme knowledge
Current VIC Return to Work Coordinator (RTWC) certification
Desirable - tertiary qualifications in Injury Management or Health & Safety
Demonstrated customer service mindset that keeps the customer at the centre of what you do
Highly efficient with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience working in a fast paced and high-volume environment
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust style to meet audience requirements
Flexible and able to operate in a dynamic environment
Current Working with Children Check for the State or Territory residing i
Current VIC Working with Children Check
