We are looking to immediately fill a permanent full-time position of Customer Service Manager.The duties you will be expected to complete in this position include but are not limited to:

- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Direct the daily operations of the customer service team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. efficiently. Identify and address staff training and coaching needs to foster professional development and excellence. Review customer complaints and constructive criticism, tracking resolution and identifying areas for improvement. Review and assess customer service protocols, strategy implementations, and feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement. We require the following: - Possess at least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Be consistent and able to work well in a team
- Have excellent management and communication skills

**Salary**: From $75,000.00 per year
