Reporting to the General Manager, an opportunity now exists for a new full time Club Supervisor to deliver operational leadership across all areas of our venue including Gaming, Cash management, Promotions, Concierge and Beverage.

We're looking for a leader who can lead from the frontline and inspire their team; who enjoys motivating, coaching and developing their team; and loves working with the team in a “hands on” attitude to ensure the goals are met with a collective approach.

**Main duties of the role**
- Provide leadership, direction and support to the operational teams to ensure the highest levels of customer service are being delivered
- Day to day management of Club Operations including opening and closing, cash handling and legislative compliance (RSA/RCG/WHS etc.)
- Coordinate a shift through effective rostering, stock management, resourcing and task allocation to maximise service delivery
- Support training, onboarding and coaching of new starters
- Provide both positive and constructive feedback to team members on their performance and manage performance concerns where necessary
- Trouble shoot, problem solve and implement solutions to ensure a positive customer experience
- Conflict management and management of complex operational issues
- Enhancing workplace culture through interactions with team members, being an ambassador for the clubs vision and values

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

- At least 12 months experience leading a team of people with varying levels of experience within the hospitality industry
- Confidence to work independently and think on your feet to resolve issues and manage tricky situations
- Be willing and able to get involved in different projects and events
- Be willing to learn a variety of skills across multiple areas - skills that will benefit you throughout your leadership career
- Exceptional experience in communicating with both customers and team members
- A high degree of discretion, integrity and confidentiality
- RSA/RCG/First Aid
- High standard of presentation and exceptional communication skills, including report writing and other formal documentation
- Flexibility and availability across the operating hours of the Club

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor or Manager to fulfil our **Shift Supervisor role**, overseeing operations across the entire club including Gaming, Cash Management, Beverage and Concierge.
