**Role Description/Criteria**

Roles and Responsibilities include:

- Maintain AV equipment and solutions throughout the college.
- Set up and assist with AV requirements for assemblies, masses, meetings and other events.
- Carry out administration tasks for the Notebook program including processing repairs, warranty and other service work.
- Assisting to help maintain the student and staff laptops including diagnosis of both hardware and software issues.
- Provide assistance to staff and students with SBC information systems.
- Setup/maintain/troubleshoot network services such as printing and web browsing on staff and student computers.
- Re-image staff and student computers and create images for various computers around the College.
- Install various updates/drivers on staff and student computers.
- Check and replace broken hardware as required.
- Assist in providing general technical assistance and maintenance support.
- Assist with phone enquires.
- Process both warranty and insurance repairs for student notebook program.
- Process warranty repairs for College owned devices.
- Carry out basic administration tasks on operating systems and Service Desk.
- Use SBC asset register to record all ICT and AV equipment.

The successful applicant will have a suitable qualification and/or ICT experience, Working with Children's Card & Current Police Check.
