Join our dynamic team at Illawarra Animal Hospital on the stunning South Coast of NSW, Wollongong. We're on the hunt for an Customer Service Coordinator to be a vital part of our collaborative and dedicated crew.

Our 10-member veterinarian team, alongside our skilled nursing and support staff, embodies a culture of teamwork and commitment to delivering exceptional clinical care to our patients and outstanding service to our clients. At Illawarra Animal Hospital, our clients share our passion for pet care, making it an exceptional place to work.

In addition to being a fantastic general practice hospital, we excel in exotics, orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery, medicine, rehabilitation, and advanced diagnostic imaging. Our state-of-the-art facilities, including digital and dental x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, in-house blood machines, hydrotherapy treadmill, laser therapy, and more, empower us to provide the best care possible.

**The Role**:
As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be at the heart of our operation. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive a warm welcome and outstanding service as soon as they walk through the door or call on the phone. This position is perfect for a veterinary nurse looking to transition off the clinic floor or a receptionist with strong veterinary knowledge who wants to put that expertise to work in a front-line, client-focused role.

**Who We Are Looking For**:
We are searching for a customer service co-ordinator who embodies the following qualities:

- Experience in a veterinary clinic is highly preferred, whether as a nurse or in a receptionist role.
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A passion for animals and a commitment to delivering a positive client experience.
