Skilled Labourer

Workfast is looking for experienced Skilled Labourers with a HR Licence to join the team. Working with Sydney Water projects across the Illawara Region.

These roles are part of ongoing essential water infrastructure works, laying new water mains and supporting upgrades across multiple active sites.

We are looking for reliable and skilled labourers who take pride in their work, understand safety protocols, and thrive in a civil construction environment. This is a great opportunity to join long-term projects with a respected government client and contribute to the delivery of critical infrastructure.

What You Need

• Proven experience as a skilled / civil labourer, ideally on water projects
• Experience in utilities and working near services
• White Card + HR Drivers licence + own vehicle
• Strong understanding of safety procedures
• Civil construction experience (Sydney Water experience highly regarded)
• Ability to read plans and follow site instructions
• Physical fitness and strong teamwork skills

What You Will Be Doing

• Labour duties on-site
• Drive tipper truck
• Trenching, spotting machines
• Assist pipelayers and trades
• Following Sydney Water quality and safety standards
• Supporting the crew with general civil labouring as required
• Ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient site work
