Northrop Grumman Australia provides the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) with through-life support for its fleet of KC-30A Multi-role Tanker Transport (MRTT) aircraft—a derivative of the Airbus A330-200. The platform is a trusted and proven asset and the program is continually growing in capability and expertise.

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced **Maintenance Requirements Determination (MRD) Analyst **to join the KC‑30A Engineering team based at Springfield.

As a member of the KC-30A Maintenance Program team, you will provide development and review of documents related to the upkeep and maintenance of the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) as contained in the Logistic Support Analysis Record (LSAR) and Computer Aided maintenance Management version 2 (CAMM2) systems.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Perform Analyst work involving complexity and judgement, to support accomplishment of assigned projects or tasks.
- Policy Release Co-coordination for CAMO outputs that affect the Aircraft Maintenance Program held in CAMM2.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to graduate / more junior engineers who are working on projects / TLS tasks.
- Interface directly and provide advice to internal and external stakeholders as required, representing the team on specific projects, technical issues and in various intra-/inter-organisational meetings as required.
- Provide Technical Support to Operational Maintenance (OM) and Deeper Maintenance (DM), activities including Amendment or Clarification of Instructions and Maintenance Policy Advice Notifications.
- Review, Action or advise on proposed path of action as required for customer proposed changes to the AMP received as EE400 and EE401 amendments.
- Review and update Independent Maintenance Inspections in accordance with the approved Error Capture Method Determination Plan.
- Maintain and update of TMP/PSS suite of softcopy publications.
- Provide engineering input to maintaining the KC-30A configuration, technical and operational publications.
- Provide timely and accurate task status reports and provide ongoing communication to operator representatives on relevant matters related to airworthiness and operations.
- Provide technical query processing capacity to CAMO Service Team in delivering Program outcomes.
