As Manager (Systems), you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in strategic planning and delivery of innovative systems that improve the safety of all road users. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee multi-disciplinary teams responsible for acquiring, implementing, and supporting systems. Ensure alignment with departmental priorities and best practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations to ensure the delivery of value for money services and products.
- Provide strategic and expert advice and lead the development of high-level briefs, submissions, operational plans and recommendations, and analyse risks impacting projects and business operations for continuity and program integrity.
- Lead project teams in research, design, development, and change management efforts to meet business requirements. Innovate and redefine standards and processes.
- Liaise and advise with key internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to security issues and implications relating to the innovative use of technology.

Highly desirable, but not mandatory for this role
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering, information technology, data, or other relevant (cloud/software) industry-recognised certifications.
