**The opportunity**

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about providing top-notch financial support? Join our dynamic team at Health Infrastructure as a Finance Officer and play a key role in supporting NSW Health's vital projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering essential financial and support services to our stakeholders, ensuring that business objectives and key accountabilities are met to the highest standards. You'll help maintain our high level of service and compliance within the Finance Team, supporting both HI and NSW Health's governance.

Your day-to-day tasks will include setting up and maintaining purchase orders in the HI Portal and Oracle systems, verifying and preparing purchase order requisitions, and collaborating with project teams to ensure accuracy. You will also reconcile and track project contracts, keeping meticulous records and facilitating timely, accurate reporting. Additionally, you'll invoice external customers promptly and ensure all invoiced values are accurately recorded in the accounting system.

This is a full time, ongoing role.
