We’re looking for a dynamic **Store Manager** to lead our **Melbourne CBD and Highpoint** stores, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations across **both Melbourne CBD and Highpoint locations**, ensuring top-tier customer service and brand consistency.
- Recruit, train, roster, and lead a high-performing **Front of House (FOH) team**.
- Maintain store presentation, **OH&S compliance**, and premium product quality.
- **Drive sales**, implement marketing strategies, and boost customer loyalty.
- Manage budgets, optimize profitability, and suggest process improvements.
- Utilize digital tools (POS systems, iPads) for **online orders, scheduling, and reporting**.
- Work with the marketing team on **local promotions and campaigns**.

**Who You Are**:

- A **motivated leader** with a passion for hospitality and customer experience.
- Highly **organized, detail-oriented**, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
- Experienced in **café, bakery, or retail management** (minimum 2 years preferred).
- **Barista/coffee experience is essential.**:

- Tech-savvy (comfortable with **online orders, basic marketing tools, and reporting**).
- **Valid driver’s license** (travel between CBD & Highpoint may be required).

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
