- Server Operating Systems

- Directory Technology Concepts
- Micro Focus eDirectory, Active Directory
- Identity Access Management Experience, particularly Micro Focus Identity Manager
- Service Management
- Linux scripting such as Bash, Perl
- PowerShell (SFIA Code: SYSP 4, TECH 4, HSIN 5)
- Enterprise Print solutions such as iPrint
Additionally, you will have strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. Participating in on-call arrangements and occasionally working at remote locations is a requirement of this position.
