**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**The purpose of this position is to advise, develop, implement, facilitate and support the effective management of Asset West contracts to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, Integrated Gas core processes and applicable legislative requirements.**

- Administration of the commercial aspects of contracts, ensuring all contracted services are provided in accordance with the contract conditions
- Form and maintain influential relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Provide critical support and advice to Contract Owners, Contract Administrators and Sourcing Specialists
- Provide statistical information on progress, schedule, conformances, non-conformances, HSE and any other pertinent matters
- Provide input to Cost Management processes (budgeting, accruals, trending and forecasting) Work in a safe manner which is outcomes focused and results in a working environment that executes deliverables safely

**Described as collaborative and commercially minded, you work extremely hard to solve complex process problems and demonstrate critical thinking. You will also be highly skilled in planning, prioritising and delivering quality work with high levels of accuracy. You have strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. You’ll also demonstrate the ability to interface, interact and work with internal and external parties as required. You’ll be self-motivated, highly efficient, proactive and professional with a respect for confidentiality.**

**More about you**
- Strong commercial and professional background
- Sound computer and database skills in Microsoft Office, Promapp’s and other relevant software programs
- Demonstrated experience with coordinating, establishing and monitoring contract management, compliance and governance systems and processes
- Experience in implementing and managing governance structures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound technical competence in multiple discipline areas involving complex stakeholder management

**Desirable**
- Relevant industry experience in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with SAP ERP system
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, law, engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of Post Award contract experience
- Ability to facilitate workshops and planning sessions to determine key contract management strategies
- Experience with process improvement and implementing change
