**About the role**:
Keller is currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor / Manager for a full-time site-based role on the North-East Link project in Bulleen on a two-year contract.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Working with the site team to oversee, maintain and improve all HSE related activities
- Undertake site inspections, complete safety audits, attend site safety committee meetings and make recommendations and plans for continuous improvement in conjunction with the site HSE team
- Be the first point of contact for HSE related queries
- Lead the implementation and promotion of safe work practices
- Investigate the causes of incidents on site and work with teams for continuous improvements

**Skills and experience**:
**Degree or tertiary qualifications in health and safety**:

- Experience in similar role within a construction / engineering or heavy industry environment
- Knowledge and experience working within a legislative framework
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and engagement skills
- Valid driver’s license and white card
