**The Company**

Our client is a global packaging manufacturer with sites located all around Australia. Their products include glass bottles & aluminium cans.

With strong demand for their product and an increase in productivity, there has arisen a need for a Maintenance Coordinator to join the team.

**The Role**

Reporting into the Engineering Manager and sitting within the manufacturing team, your responsibilities will include;
- Managing the spare parts inventory
- Stock counts to validate inventory
- Implement effective store layout
- Coordinate the ordering of plant spares from local and overseas suppliers
- Loading & unloading of trucks using a forklift
- Developing and executing on key maintenance plans, using SAP. Ensuring that all activities are accounted for and signed off when completed.
- Overseeing external contractors on key maintenance activities as well as during capital projects, ensuring all documentation is completed, including; JSA's and safety audits.

**Your Background**

In order to be successful in this role, you will be;
- Mechanical Fitter - Equivalent
- Highly communicative individual with demonstrated experience in relationship building between various departments within a manufacturing environment.
