**The Requirements**:
Essential:
- Previous experience caring for older people in a residential setting.
- Attained Certificate level III in Aged Care Work.
- National Police Clearance.
- Australian Citizenship / Permanent Residency.
- Evidence of a good team building, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to write simple report in either Chinese or English.
- Basic computer skills.
Desirable
- Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
- Experience working with culturally and Linguistically Diverse populations.
