**WHY WORK WITH US?**
At Coal LSL our purpose is to ensure employees in Australia’s black coal mining industry are connected with their long service leave benefits. To achieve this, we foster a supportive culture built on trust, openness, respect, care and honesty, because we recognise that our people are at the heart of Coal LSL’s success.
We demonstrate commitment to our culture by building diverse, balanced, and high-performing teams who foster inclusion, connection and belonging.
Our people are our greatest asset. We offer them the benefits of working from home and in our modern, purpose-built office in Newcastle, NSW. Our hybrid working model provides you with a space to connect and collaborate with colleagues while also enabling you to balance work-life commitments with some focus days of work at home. We provide working from home equipment to make the transition seamless - all you need to bring between work and home is the laptop we give you.
Flexibility and wellbeing are at the heart of who we are and how we work. We acknowledge our people’s need to support their families, communities and personal interests. That’s why we offer flexible working arrangements, study assistance programs, additional leave entitlements and a variety of workspace options that support activity-based working.
We want our people to feel good and be rewarded while engaging meaningfully with the work they do.
