**About the Role**

Starting at Being and reporting to the CEO, you will be developing the infrastructure to enable us to cause a powerful future for every child (our Mission) from Being Culture (our declared culture).
- You will_
- Develop, communicate, advise and deliver Being’s operational framework in collaboration with various stakeholders such as People & Culture, Finance, and Brand & Marketing.
- Attain and maintain 80% talent density across all roles in our Early Childhood Education and Care Services in partnership with People & Culture and the Centre Leaders.
- Identify legal requirements and government regulations affecting the operations of Being’s Early Childhood Education and Care Services and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in place that align with Being Culture.
- Assist the organisation - in particular, Centre Leaders - in having relevant, meaningful and powerful conversations with their teams in line with Being Culture.
- Create and deliver training required by the organisation on matters related to all operational matters, but not limited to:

- the National Quality Framework;
- the Early Years Learning Framework;
- Being Culture;
- Pedagogy;
- Child Development;
- The Powerful Human;
- The Powerful Child; and
- General organisation.
- Work with Leadership to develop and drive organisation initiatives/programmes.
- Develop a culture of radical candour where performance is discussed openly and celebrated, and where our philosophy (The Powerful Human) drives the nature and outcomes of these discussions.
- Assess, develop and transform the professional capabilities of service leadership (Centre Leaders), so that they are able to deliver extraordinary outcomes for their teams, children, families and communities. This includes:

- Increasing understanding and importance of key metrics and working with Leadership to ensure that key metrics are appropriately incentivised
- Developing strong and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Developing management skills, such as delegation, performance development and management
- Creating a culture of continuous improvement in line with the Exceeding themes of the National Quality Standards
- Provide day-to-day Operational Leadership and Support to Centre Leaders of all matters of interest and importance including, but not limited to, matters related to operational compliance.
- Ensure that Being Culture is alive at every service at Being by setting context, training, and guiding team members on how to align practice with Being Culture.
- Work with People & Culture and Centre Leaders to ensure we are hiring only the most extraordinary educators in line with our commitment to having the sector's most talented teams.
- Develop, communicate, advise and implement initiatives to create world-class customer experiences for customers at Being.
- Manage the integration of new Early Childhood Education and Care Services at Being.
