**About the role at QBE**

Due to substantial growth within our Managed Fund Claims Business, we are excited to present a full time Customer Transition Manager position at QBE.

In this role, you will take the lead in managing new business and providing a first-class onboarding experience for our customers. You will also assist in building new business strategies as well as use your network and impeccable relationship-building skills to promote QBE within the market.

**Seniority**

Junior - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Account Retention and Expansion - Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and limit risk of churn by collaborating with clients to deliver on actions
- Adoption and Success Management - Support customers gain value from the product / service. Including check-ins, training, addressing blockers to adoption, and providing best practice advice
- Customer Advocacy and Feedback - Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
