What You’ll Do: - Lead the Transition Management function which manages the onboarding of Optus Enterprise and Business customers. - Ownership of the ServiceNow Transitions Project module and Knowledge articles. - Develop and complete comprehensive transition strategy and execution plans that align with business goals. - Supervise both local and international personnel to ensure seamless transitions for corporate products and services. - Work with senior collaborators to address onboarding challenges and promote continuous improvement. - Govern and report on transition performance, automation initiatives, and strategic alignment. - Responsibility for maintaining ISO Accreditation required within Enterprise and Business - Take on the role of a change instigator within Managed Service Operations, incorporating standard methodologies and promoting innovation. What You Bring: - Must be an Australian Citizen with eligibility for Federal Government clearance. - 5+ years of experience in Project and Transition Management, ideally within Managed Networks Service environments. - Demonstrated capability to lead high-performing teams and navigate intricate, matrixed collaborator environments. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills – confident engaging at all levels. - Proficiency in ServiceNow and an extensive knowledge of service management frameworks. - Strategic problem solver with a hands‑on approach to solving problems and improving processes.
