**The role**

As a Bell Captain you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Bell department including team development and superior guest relations to enhance the customer service experience for hotel guests.

A Bell Captain is a Team Leader or Supervisor of the Valet and Bell Services teams. In this role you will provide guidance and direction to our Bell Services Attendants and Doorpersons working at Crown Perth, this position will rotate between Crown Promenade and Crown Metropol.

This is a full-time position and requires an Australian Drivers license and 7 day availability.

**About you**
You’ll bring the following:

- Current WA unrestricted C class manual driver’s license
- Demonstrated experience in superior service standards
- Strong team leadership experience
- Strong communication and time management experience

**Additional Information**:
This role requires
- Hospitality or related qualification
- Demonstrated Hotel operational experience
- Strong understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA)
