$60,000 - $65,000 per year - pro rata

Join our growing team of education innovators to support the delivery of the CrISP Program (Talent Accelerate), Knoei programs and other projects as needed. All programs are designed for 15-25 year olds, offering innovation and industry skilling pathways.

This is the perfect role for you if you enjoy:

- Provide fast paced, accurate administrative support for the CrISP Program (Talent Accelerate), Knoei programs and other Groei projects, where required.
- Tracking and supporting student progression and linking students to support as needed.
- Administering the enrolment and onboarding process into the LMS & Student Management System.
- Collating the prompt completion of reports, documents and electronic records management across programs.
- Responding to and processing enquiries about our programs.
- Developing relationships with young people, families and community members to champion and support their engagement in the program.
- Delivering on-time and accurate student service administration.
- The ability to support accounts in administering accounts payable and receivable would be beneficial.
- Contributing to student recruitment & engagement.
- Supporting Program Managers and the Student Engagement Careers Officer with tasks as required.

You will have:

- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of how to use Microsoft office and comfortable learning new digital platforms quickly.
- Previous Administration experience.
- Experience in the education sector e.g. high school, vocational or uni is highly desirable.
- A passion for helping young people be their best.
- High level organisation skills.
- Customer support focus and ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.
- A love of following a process and improving efficiency.

We would like it if you have:

- Prior experience in an LMS, CRM & Student Management system
- Interest in Innovation and entrepreneurship or at least a sense of curiosity
- Prior experience in administering events and/or education programs
- Self-motivation, are proactive and able to show initiative
- Team player attitude, friendly and personable - will help out when needed.
- A commitment to quality work and attention to detail
- Presence and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Dependable, following work to completion
- Positive attitude and optimistic outlook a bit of a sense of humor helps

**A bit more about Groei**

We're a startup ourselves. We all work from home delivering programs across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane the Gold Coast and regional Queensland. We are looking for a team member who is Sunshine Coast based.

Our CrISP program is delivered through virtual tutorials and work placements located in Sunshine Coast & Bundaberg locations. Various Groei events are held in Brisbane and the Gold Coast through out the year. We are building new programs that pull together a range of different experts, collaborating with some of industry's biggest startup and corporate brands. In this role you will meet all sorts of amazing people from startup teens to senior executives in industry. If you are looking to branch out from education, this is a great way to build your network and launch yourself into a new career trajectory.

**The Job**

This is a **part time role based on the Sunshine Coast** that would suit someone wanting to work school or flexible hours. As the business grows it may open the opportunity to increase hours. Initially between 14 - 22 hours per week with a need to have your own car and attend and support workshops and events in our various locations.
