Balcatta, Australia Water Corporation Full time

Reporting to the Manager - Planned Work, you will lead a team that undertakes operations and maintenance activities of assigned assets.

**What you’ll do**
- Lead the delivery of a portfolio of planned work to meet agreed service levels, providing technical advice and guidance on the resolution of routine and complex issues
- Lead team safety and promote a safety culture across the business ensuring safety is the first priority
- Manage resourcing of team including prompt engagement and onboarding of contractors
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including being the point of escalation for customer complaints

**About you**

You are looking to continue to develop your leadership skills, and to put your extensive knowledge and experience into practice. You will have broad knowledge across water/wastewater infrastructure and assets, and look to drive business efficiencies and improvements.

**Previous Experience**
- Tertiary level qualification relevant business/technical discipline OR trade qualification OR Cert III/IV Water Industry Worker
- Considerable experience in a leadership role in an operational environment
- Relevant experience in water/wastewater industry OR experience in workforce planning for an infrastructure-based organisation
