**The Opportunity**:
A new and challenging opportunity within the Mining Automation Team has arisen for a high performing and experienced Trainer Assessor to develop, facilitate and implement Central Controller training aspects of the FrontRunner Autonomous Haulage System.

Reporting to the Training Supervisor of our Mining Automation department, you will provide a high level of interactive support for new technology’s.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate automation training/assessments to a nationally accredited level.
- Develop Automation operational training material using local knowledge and factory support.
- Provide operational advice and recommendations on areas of efficient operation of the AHS system.
- Identify opportunities to provide costed training and revenue generation.
- Maintain communication with technical training representatives from other Komatsu factories and distributors globally as required.
- Continuously, develop and maintain skills, knowledge and system experience.

**Location**: QLD

**Roster**: 8/6 dayshift only roster (with flexibility)

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Experience with a Fleet Management System, e.g. Dispatch is advantageous
- Experience with Autonomous operating systems e.g. Komatsu’s FrontRunner, is beneficial
- Operational mining knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated experience in delivering training and assessments
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116), is preferred
- Ability to build highly effective relationships with stakeholders
